Employee Portal Instructions


Effective September 2, 2016 employees will have their payroll information migrated to an employee portal and will no longer receive a printed pay stub. The portal will provide copies of your pay stubs as well as other employee information.

  1. Open Employee Portal hyperlink under Business Office tab.

  2. Enter your login and password.  i.e. Lois Lane, your login will be llane1234 (first letter of your first name + full last name + last four digits of social security number).  Please be sure to use all lower case letters.

  3. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number.

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. You will be prompted to change your password immediately.

  6. Password requirements: Lowercase and Numerals (must change every 90 days) Minimum PW Length = 8 Characters, Maximum PW Length = 30 Characters.

  7. Create a password question in the event you forget your password.

  8. Save the changes.

  9. The “Message Center” the “Employee” and “Other Sites” tabs will now appear.

You now have access to an Employee tab. Under this tab, you will have access to the following items:

  1. Absences – View your balances and absence history detail. Please keep in mind there is a DELAY in posting of absences to this site. Also, the “Request Absences” feature is currently disabled; you cannot request an absence through this site.

  2. Pay History – View and print a history of your pay stubs.

  3. Pay Calculator – Allows you to view the net pay of a future paycheck if you would make any changes to your deductions. This is a “view only” feature. Any actual changes must be requested in writing, such as W-4 changes or local tax collector changes due to an address change.

  4. Personnel – View and request changes to your personnel information. At this point you will still be required to confirm in writing. Example: Change of address (Residency Certification Form)

  5. Message Center Tab: Always check this tab for any updated communication.

  6. Other Site Tab:

    1. Forms for W-4 (Federal Income Tax Form) (you download and complete)

    2. Residency Certification Form (you download and complete)
