To register your Kindergarten Student in the Hempfield Area School District for the 2024-2025 you will need the following required documents ready to upload before clicking on the link below:

Move Within the District
This form is required for current Hempfield Area residents who are moving within the district and will be attending a new school in the district. This form can be submitted to the new or old school during the school year and can be submitted to the administration building during the summer using the email/fax/mail/dropoff options listed above.
