Hempfield Area School District offers a tax sheltered annuity plan 403(b) for ALL employees. A 403(b) is a tax-deferred investment and savings program for school district employees. The representatives and website provide guidance in regard to the forms and documentation needed to start, add, change or cancel your 403(b) account. Once the salary reduction agreement form is complete, forward it to the payroll office.
