Please follow the instructions as they can be different for each bid. The District is not responsible for those who fail to comply with each one. Missing forms required for submittal will result in disqualification of your bid/proposal.
- A Non-Collusion Affidavit must be signed, notarized and submitted with each Bid, Quote or RFP.
- All submissions MUST BE SEALED, ENVELOPE MARKED WITH THE APPROPRIATE BID TITLE and returned by the date and time specified. The District is not responsible for any late submissions.
- Bid bond or certified check must be included in bid, if required.
- Bids will NOT be accepted via email, unless otherwise stated.
